Mountain Products Smokehouse offers a wide range of smoked meats, fish, poultry, sausage, cheese, and specialty items that are unique to our company.

All of our products are made to order and smoked on premises at our Hudson Valley New York location.We do not add preservatives or chemical liquid smoke to our products. We strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by the U.S.D.A.
All of our nitrate-free Smoked Bacon goes through a natural hickory smoking process that does not include any chemicals, nitrates, or nitrites. The bacon is brined with a combination of our secret spices and then smoked with slow burning hickory wood. It is then sliced thick, or as we call it, country sliced, and vacuum sealed to ensure the freshest highest quality product.
