Offer Terms and Conditions
If you are happy with the Smoked Food of the Month Club, do nothing and we will ship your package on the second Tuesday of every month. If for any reason you’d like to discontinue the service, go to www.mountainproductssmokehouse.com to cancel. We’ll be happy to terminate the monthly club at the end of the quarter.
Billing and Shipping:
Your credit card will be billed on the Monday of the month for an entire quarter. The total charge includes shipping and handling. Billing dates are as follows: December 7th, March 8th 2010, June 7th 2010, September 6th 2010. The club membership, will not automatically terminate at the completion of the fourth quarter, your membership will automatically renew.
The very first shipment will go out December 8th, 2009. If there is a Federal Holiday or weather issue during the regular week of shipments we reserve the right to change the shipment date to ensure you receive the highest quality products.
We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method depending on product and time of year. We may ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Flat Rate, or UPS 2-day. We only offer shipping to the 48 continental United States. Currently, we do not offer any kind of shipping outside of the United States, or to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you sign up with a P.O. Box, you will be contacted to change to a physical address otherwise your membership will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns:
We work extremely hard to ensure that our product remain in the best condition as it arrives to you, but are not responsible for lost shipments or improper food handling by the recipients. We can only educate our customers on how to handle our products. By entering into this membership you are agreeing that you will follow the recommended safe handling guides for our food products. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MISHANDLED OR REMAIN UNREFRIGERATED AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR PREMISE.
If there is a major issue with the product upon arrival, please contact us the day the shipment is received. Our customer service team will be happy to help remedy any situation that may arise with our products. If there is an issue with shipments, products, billing, or general questions or comments please contact customercare@mountainproductssmokehouse.com.
Mountain Products Smokehouse reserves the right to terminate its membership program at any time with any member, if deemed necessary. Any or all charges will be refunded at the time of termination if necessary, or the remaining products will be shipped according to schedule at time of termination.
No Commitment:
There is no minimum purchase and no obligation to continue as a member of our food club. You may cancel your membership and stop shipments at anytime by notifying us in writing by mail:
